I understand that participation may involve physical activity, including hiking, walking, running and/or cycling. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and that I am participating voluntarily.
I understand that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk, and I release the organizers, partners, sponsors, volunteers and event representatives from liability for injury, loss or damage except where caused by proven negligence or misconduct.
I agree to follow all safety instructions given by the organizers, guides, marshals, officials, police, emergency personnel and event representatives.
I understand that the venue, route, trail, schedule and activity details are subject to final approvals and may be adjusted for safety, permissions, logistics, weather, trail conditions or official guidance.
I understand that my physical activity participation is only confirmed after my registration, waiver, participant details and ticket/payment information have been reviewed by the TOBAGORA™ team.
I consent to photos and videos being captured during the event and used for TOBAGORA™, KEES Limited and event-related promotional purposes.
